You bring in all the relevant information from your existing sources – emails, documents (PDF, Word, Excel …), scans & images, legacy data (e.g. CSV files, databases) and other sources such as the web or forms.
You explain to the Chief Agent Officer (CAO) what you want to achieve – in natural language. For example: “I want incoming requests to be processed and forwarded automatically.” The CAO understands the request, analyses it and plans the solution.
The CAO coordinates with the Creator Agent, who builds the application, the database objects, the process logic and the interfaces to your existing systems.
Once live, specialized department agents – a Communication Agent, Sales Agent, Delivery Agent, Planning Agent and Document Agent – take over the process, coordinate with each other and keep optimizing it.

A mid-sized company with 20 users on Core Factory plus the Professional service plan pays €2,900 licence + €1,190 service plan monthly = €4,090 net. A one-off implementation project comes on top (Compact from €4,900, Standard from €9,900 – fixed price after a scoping call). There are no hidden costs: anything not explicitly included, we offer separately beforehand.
Yes – you can move up a tier at any month's start, and down at the end of the current term. You start small and grow, and MarkX™ grows with you.
The minimum term is twelve months, after which the contract renews for a further twelve months with three months' notice. After the contract ends, you receive your data within 30 days as a structured export (e.g. CSV or Excel) – your data belongs to you.
Hosting takes place exclusively in certified data centres within the EU, with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Before AI agents make any external requests, all data passes through an anonymization middleware that removes personal and business-critical details.
List prices are the same for every customer – that's part of our transparency promise. Discounts only come with something in return (e.g. annual billing). For special requirements, we put together a custom Unlimited quote.
